Data Controller (Database Processing)

The entity responsible for data processing is Nimiem d.o.o. with headquarters at Trg komandanta Staneta 8, Ljubljana.

This notice applies to (1) all job candidates and recipients of our services, (2) our associates, individuals enabling employment or service changes, (3) users of the websites and apps listed at this link (hereinafter referred to as "Sites"), and (4) representatives of our business partners, clients, and vendors. This privacy notice does not apply to employees working directly for Nimiem and not assigned to Nimiem clients.

How We Use the Information We Collect

For associates or job candidates, data is used for job opportunities, HR services, additional services (training, counseling), suitability assessment, and data analytics.
